Hot Meatloaf Sandwich – Anthony's Restaurant

Good morning !! Just a reminder that there will be no Bread and Bagel baking today, but I do have some lovely rolls, bagels, and loaves in the retail freezer if you need a fix- 🤗Our Soup today will be a Creamy Philly Cheesesteak Soup, complete with onions, Peppers, Shaved Steak, Potatoes and Cheese ❤️Brittany and I are out of town for the weekend for our annual “Mommy and Britsy Adventure”It’s a rainy morning here in Indiana, Pa… hometown to ❤️Jimmy Stewart ❤️ and the place I called home for two years from 1986-1988 when I attended IUP, first as an Accounting major, then as a Math Education major… then during the summer of 1988, I feel hard for a Montrose boy who swept me off my feet and into the restaurant business 🤗 I am so grateful for the time I spent here, and so grateful for first and most important lesson to trust my instincts that my life was changing and I was to just strap in and roll with it ❤️❤️36 years later I am back with my daughter, Brittany, to show her my campus for the weekend.We spent a gorgeous night last night walking around for a bit, showing her some of the places I spent my time as a young girl, becoming the woman that I am now. Today and tomorrow are for more exploring, more memories, more sharing ❤️ my roommate is driving up to meet us for dinner tonight … I brought photo albums 🤗Britt is still sleeping. She has a toddler at home with his Daddy and I want her to wake up when she just … wakes up.
